• Recipe management for the Wasserburg site
• Further development / continuous improvement of recipes regarding quality, quantity, and cost
• Organization, monitoring, and evaluation of trials concerning raw and auxiliary materials in cooperation with the respective department managers
• Creation, review, and maintenance of raw material usage lists and waste designation lists for the Wasserburg site
• Creation and maintenance of master data tables (type table, recipe key, etc.) for the sites in Wasserburg, Nordhorn, and RKW North America Inc. (Hygiene only)
• Color development for the Wasserburg site
• Definition of color numbers and color recipes for the sites Wasserburg, Nordhorn, and RKW North America Inc. (Hygiene only)
• Conducting raw material discussions in cooperation with the Purchasing Department
• Regular meetings with suppliers to continuously improve quality
• Obtaining raw material and recipe approvals from our customers
• Support in preparing specifications for suppliers of raw and auxiliary materials
• Initiation, monitoring, and resolution of complaints regarding raw and auxiliary material suppliers
• Monitoring, control, and further development of the incoming goods inspection of raw and auxiliary materials
• Drawing up and defining testing instructions and testing plans for the incoming goods inspection of raw and auxiliary materials 

|<h3>Your strengths</h3>

• Completed degree in plastics engineering or alternatively completed technical training with several years of professional experience
• Practical experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Independent working style and high level of personal initiative
• Analytical thinking, foresight, and an optimistic “solutions-oriented” mentality
• Strong communication skills
• Good German and English language skills
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of production data acquisition is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
