In this role, you are the responsible Plant Controller at our site in Wasserburg. You act as a financial business partner within the local management team.

|<h3>Your contribution</h3>

• Provision of all financial analyses, reporting and planning (forecast, MTP, budget) to create transparency and to track action plans from a functional perspective
• Reporting and development of appropriate controlling and accounting measures
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (according to HGB and IFRS)
• Monitoring of the investment process
• Advising the divisional and departmental management on all business management topics
• Carrying out ad hoc and variance analyses, preparing key figures, identifying potential improvement
• Analysis of business results developments
• Constantly improve existing controlling processes and instruments at Group Level

|<h3>Your strengths</h3>

• You have completed studies with a university degree focusing on controlling, accounting respectively finance or similar
• You have approx. 1-3 years of experience in a plant-controlling department of an industrial company
• You have experience in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel, and of SAP systems
• You have an affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as the ability to interpret numbers in a business management context
• You are business fluent in English and German
