Your role and responsibilities
- Archivierung und systematische Ablage von Druckklischees
- Kennzeichnung und eindeutige Zuordnung zu Aufträgen, Artikeln oder Kunden
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Archiv- und Bestandsdaten
- Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Verfolgung von Klischees
- Kontrolle des Archivbestands auf Vollständigkeit und Zustand
- Unterstützung bei Suchanfragen und Bereitstellung archivierter Klischees
- Dokumentation von Einlagerungen, Umlagerungen und Auslagerungen
- Einhaltung von Ablagestrukturen, Standards und internen Vorgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung von Archivierungsprozessen
Your profile and qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Schulausbildung
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude und Eigeninitiative
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Interesse an Medien und gedruckten Produkten
