|<h3>Your tasks</h3>

• Consulting and supporting customers in the field of consumer packaging (focus on flexible packaging products and processes)
• Providing technical customer support for product selection, trials, qualification, and troubleshooting
• Independently developing solutions to processing issues with our films
• Supporting new products through to successful market launch
• Working closely as an interface between R&D, production, sales, and marketing
• Conducting internal and external training sessions
• Analyzing field data to optimize products and processes

|<h3>Your strengths</h3>

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, chemistry, process engineering, or packaging technology
• At least 5 years of practical experience in film processing
• Sound knowledge of film processing, especially in the fields of lamination, printing, cutting, sealing, and pouch production
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in handling film properties (DSC, FTIR, E-modulus, MFI)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel and flexibility
• Confident use of digital tools and data analysis
• Strong team and communication skills
