Your role and responsibilities
- Support in the procurement of indirect goods
- Maintenance of order confirmations in the relevant systems
- Obtaining and comparing quotations in terms of price, delivery time, and conditions
- Creating and submitting purchase orders to suppliers
- Monitoring open orders and following up on delivery dates
- Supporting fleet management activities
- Assisting with reporting and analyses
Your profile and qualifications
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Interest in purchasing and procurement processes
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
