Your role and responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of trade fairs and marketing events, including preparation, on-site assistance where required, and post-event follow-up
• Prepare and update marketing and event materials, such as presentations, brochures, fact sheets, and promotional content
• Conduct market research and market assessments, including analysis of customers, industries, and regional markets, and summarize findings in structured reports
• Monitor and analyze marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices, providing insights to the marketing team
• Maintain and update marketing databases, documentation, and content, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Update and maintain content on the RKW website, including product, market, and customer information, in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Support ad hoc marketing projects and administrative tasks, contributing to day-to-day marketing operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile and qualifications

• Enrolled student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
• Strong interest in marketing, events, and market analysis
• Structured and reliable working style with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with marketing tools is a plus
• Very good written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
