Your role and responsibilities
- Support the Compensation & Benefits team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Actively contribute to strategic projects in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and HR digitalization
- Contribute to the further development and optimization of compensation and benefits structures
- Support SAP SuccessFactors activities, particularly data maintenance and initiatives to improve data quality in compensation-related topics
- Assist in job evaluation, salary review, and bonus planning processes
- Conduct data analyses and validations using internal and external data sources
- Prepare reports, analyses, and PowerPoint presentations on HR metrics, KPIs, and compensation-related topics in English
Your profile and qualifications
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience in HR, analytics, controlling, or HR systems is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Strong numerical affinity and analytical skills
- High IT affinity and interest in digital HR processes
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and motivation
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Initial knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or R is desirable, as well as a general interest in HR systems
- Very good English skills
