|<h3>Your tasks</h3>
- Posting and reconciliation in SAP, uploading information to the factoring portal, account maintenance
- Performing monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Invoice verification, clarification of discrepancies with purchasing and posting
- Communication with suppliers, processing reminders and cash discount claims
- Posting incoming payments, clarifying payment differences and monitoring cash discount claims
- Creating reminder runs, monitoring delinquent customers, and initiating collection procedures
- Creating and executing SAP payment runs, making manual payments, and setting up recurring entries
- Processing travel expense reports and administering travel expense software
- Special projects and process optimization (especially further development of processes)
|<h3>Your strengths</h3>
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in auditing/accounting
- Good knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of value-added tax
- Structured, results-oriented approach to work and a high level of attention to detail and service orientation
- Reliability, accuracy, and ability to work in a team
- Hands-on mentality for the continuous improvement of processes
