Your role and responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with market and business needs
- Manage the product portfolio throughout the full lifecycle
- Identify market opportunities through customer, competitor, and trend analysis
- Turn market insights into product requirements and business cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve products with strong market fit
- Support go-to-market activities including pricing, positioning, and product launches
- Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional decision-making
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead product-related projects and ensure regulatory compliance
Your profile and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a comparable field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the agricultural industry
- Strong commercial background with hands-on experience in agricultural products
- Proven ability to build, develop, and manage successful brand portfolios
- Sound technical understanding combined with a strong market and customer focus
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Valid driver’s license
